Muscat: Resident children above the age of 10 years must have a resident card made in their name, according to the Royal Oman Police (ROP). “Every child above 10 years is supposed to have a resident card, the absence of which will attract fines on the sponsoring parent,” said an official at the Passports and Residences Department of the ROP.
