Muscat- The Indian government has relaunched the Air Suvidha 2.0 portal, requiring all international passengers arriving in India to complete a digital health self-declaration form before boarding their flight.

Key points to remember:

  • Purpose: This measure was implemented following the WHO’s declaration regarding the Ebola/Bundibugyo virus outbreak to facilitate health screening and surveillance at points of entry.

  • How to comply: You must submit your health declaration online through the Air Suvidha 2.0 portal.

  • When to submit: The declaration can be submitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival in India.

  • Benefit: Completing the form in advance allows for a faster, contactless, and paperless immigration clearance process.

It is recommended to complete this process well ahead of your travel date to ensure a smooth journey.
