Muscat- Motorists in Muscat are advised of a partial road closure on Sultan Qaboos Street, specifically at the Al Khuwair bridge. Starting today, July 4, through Friday, July 10, 2026, the lane heading from Al Qurm toward Al Ghubra will be closed to facilitate essential maintenance work.
Muscat Municipality, in coordination with the Royal Oman Police, is carrying out this project to replace the bridge’s expansion joints. Drivers are urged to exercise caution, follow all posted traffic signs, and plan for potential delays in the area.
