Muscat- The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has apprehended an expatriate in the Al Buraimi Governorate for running an illegal international remittance operation. The individual reportedly utilized unlicensed mobile applications to transfer funds for other expatriate workers in exchange for profit. Authorities are currently moving forward with the necessary legal actions against the suspect.
