Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has issued a special royal pardon for 305 prisoners convicted in various cases. The announcement coincides with January 11—commemorating the day His Majesty assumed power—and reflects the Sultan’s compassionate consideration for the families of those incarcerated.
