Muscat : Muscat Municipality has reiterated its commitment to preserving the city’s visual appeal, issuing a reminder that hanging laundry on balconies is a violation of regulations
The practice, commonly seen in residential areas, is considered detrimental to the aesthetic of buildings and the overall urban landscape.
In a recent statement, the Municipality pointed out that such actions distort the city’s appearance and urged residents to adhere to community guidelines aimed at maintaining cleanliness and visual harmony.
“Muscat Municipality continues its efforts to maintain the city’s visual appeal by addressing practices that impact the city’s aesthetic, such as hanging laundry on balconies, which violates regulations and distorts the appearance of buildings,” it stated.
