Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion has seized 300 commercial establishments in the Mabelah Industrial Area of Seeb Wilayat for failing to comply with mandatory electronic payment service requirements.
The seizure follows an inspection campaign undertaken by the Ministry as part of its ongoing oversight efforts to ensure market regulation and consumer protection.
The operation was carried out by the Ministry’s Inspection Department, which continues to intensify inspection campaigns aimed at verifying adherence to commercial laws and regulations.
