Muscat- The Ministry of Labour has announced that employers can now submit complaints regarding the Wage Protection System (WPS) through licensed local banks via the official complaints system on the Central Bank of Oman’s website.
In a notice issued online, the Ministry urged employers to utilise this service to address issues related to the WPS. Employers simply need to access the complaints system at Central Bank of Oman via https://cbo.gov.om/ar.
Employers can now file WPS complaints through the Central Bank of Oman portal.
