Muscat- The Oman Across Ages Museum wins the prestigious Versailles World Architecture and Design Award for Best Exterior Design.
Recognized as one of the most beautiful museums in the world, the award was announced by UNESCO during a ceremony in Paris.
The museum qualified for the Versailles International Prize for Architecture and Design, a competition marking its 10th anniversary this year. For the first time in its history, the award spotlighted seven museums worldwide that have recently opened or undergone renovations. Each winner showcased exceptional creativity, a reflection of local heritage, and a commitment to environmental harmony.
Since its inception in 2015, the International Versailles Prize has celebrated excellence in architecture, recognizing the world’s finest contemporary designs across 24 categories, including airports, stadiums, and museums.
