Muscat- The Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) has issued a warning regarding the Miniverse brand’s ‘Make it Mini’ toy sets , following concerns over safety precautions associated with the product.
As per an alert from the Authority, the warning covers the sale period from August 2023 to August 2024.
The CPA has raised alarms due to the presence of a chemical liquid substance, specifically resin, within the toy. This material poses potential health risks, including skin sensitivity, eye irritation, and respiratory issues if inhaled, touched, or ingested.
In response to these findings, the authority is taking immediate action by halting the sale of the product and withdrawing it from markets. Additionally, legal measures will be pursued against any parties found to be in violation of these safety regulations.
