Muscat—Oman Airports has announced an investment opportunity to redevelop, operate, and manage the old terminal at Muscat International Airport for commercial purposes.
This initiative will follow a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, inviting local and international companies to participate in the revitalization project.
Interested parties are required to provide a bid bond, specifically a bank guarantee issued by a locally registered bank. The guarantee must be addressed to the Chairman of the Internal Tender Committee and remain valid for 180 days from the date of bid submission, as outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
